DESCRIPTION

The actuator consist of two parts :
– a PIST, actuation piston that is essential for perforating punctured
seal valves (type VS12/VR12/VSB33).
– a brass body which incorporates an O-ring seal that fits on the
valve actuator port.

INSTALLATION

Lubricate the O-ring of the CP16 and PIST.
Place the PIST.
The PIST must be carefully placed in the valve’s actuation port
without pressing down.
Screw the CP16 fully on the valve port without forcing
Tighten with a wrench without forcing

OPERATION

When pressure is applied, the piston:
– opens the valve by puncturing the seal (type VS12/VR12/VSB33)
– the valve plunger is depressed, causing the valve to discharge
(VFR300-S type).
